For paid plans, you agree to pay all fees associated with your subscription. We use Stripe for billing. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

3.3 Early Adopter Pricing

Early adopter discounts (like EARLYFLOW50) are subject to specific terms and may be limited in duration or availability.

3.4 Refund Policy

Refunds are processed in accordance with our Refund Policy, which is available on our website. Under French consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days from the conclusion of the service contract.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by ProcessFlow

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of the Terms.

11.2 Termination by User

You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on the Service or by contacting us.

11.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

The failure of ProcessFlow to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms, by operation of law or otherwise, without ProcessFlow's prior written consent. ProcessFlow may assign or transfer these Terms, without consent.

15.5 Language

These Terms have been drawn up in the English language. In case of discrepancies between the English version and any translation, the English version shall prevail. However, in accordance with French law, a French version of these Terms may be provided upon request.

16. Consumer Rights

If you are a consumer residing in France or the European Union, these Terms do not limit or exclude your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, which cannot be derogated from by contractual agreement.
